In the unfortunate event that you wish to return your item purchased via The Wilde Sheep Company website please email firstname.lastname@example.org enabling us to offer you an exchange or refund. Items must be returned within 10 days. Any returns beyond this time will unfortunately not be authorised. Goods must then be returned to us in original condition, unworn/unused, with original labels attached. The goods must be unwashed, unscented and in the same condition as original product. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy and the right to make changes to these terms at any time.
Event purchase returns
If you wish to return an item bought from one of our events around the UK and bought from us in person, proof of purchase is necessary. We will require you to take a copy/photo of your receipt and email it to email@example.com
Refunds may take several days to show in your account. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for further information. Unfortunately postage and packaging charges will not be refunded and the cost of return is at your own expense. (This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights)
Delivery Checks. All goods are checked and recorded prior to dispatch by a Wilde Sheep Company team member.
Delivery Provider. Deliveries are (currently and subject to change) made by Royal mail and a signature is required by the recipient.
Out Of Stock Items. Occasionally items purchased through our online shop may be unavailable, If this does happen, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. Please always leave your phone number and email where possible when ordering.
Overseas orders. Postage will be charged accordingly.
